In May 2017, representatives from Israeli and Turkish NGO's met in Istanbul for a three day matchmaking seminar. The NGO's learned about the shared interests and values and stared a process of collaboration. The organizations included: The Whistle, The Forum for Regional Thinking, Ajeec Nisped, Befree, Freedom Research Association, 3H movement and Citizens Assembly.

In October 2019 representatives from  Israeli and  Turkish NGO's met in Tel Aviv for a three day matchmaking seminar. The NGO's learned about the shared interests and values and stared a process of collaboration. They participated in a cultural event about the influence of TV series' on the Israeli and Turkish publics.
